ESS Chambers

Overview

remote conditioning unit

T3’s Environmental Stress Screening (ESS) chambers simulate extreme conditions through rapid thermal cycling to quickly identify a specimen’s failure rate. This process helps manufacturers improve product reliability, reduce infant mortality rates, and shorten development time. With a ramp rate of 20°C/min and a humidity range of 10% to 98% RH, the chamber creates a highly stressful testing environment.

Primarily used in the electronics and electrical industries, the ESS chamber is essential for identifying potential failure risks in products under development. Its ability to simulate harsh conditions ensures comprehensive testing, making it a valuable tool for enhancing product reliability and efficiency.
