T3 warrants products manufactured by it to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal conditions of use for a period of one year from the date of shipment. Any defective item shall be repaired or replaced by T3 at its factory, with transportation prepaid, provided the user obtains authorization from our Service Department.
Exceptions to the above warranty include products sold with Field Installation and Start-up, which are warranted for twelve months from the date of Final Acceptance, not exceeding eighteen months from shipment by T3. For equipment located outside the contiguous 48 United States, all costs of shipping, customs clearance, and related charges are excluded from the warranty.
If, upon inspection, T3 determines that the equipment is not defective within the terms of this warranty, the user shall be responsible for all shipping charges and the cost of repairs at standard repair rates.
THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND REPLACES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ALL WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
This warranty does not apply to any equipment manufactured by T3 that has been repaired or altered outside its factory in any way that affects its use and operation, as determined by T3. It also does not apply to equipment that has been subjected to misuse, negligence, accidents, or operated contrary to printed instructions. Additionally, this warranty does not cover fuses, lamps, refrigerant charges, or other expendable items unless otherwise specified.
T3 shall not be liable for any special indirect or consequential damages, expenses related to connecting or disconnecting, or any losses or damages resulting from a defect in equipment manufactured by T3.
